Feature article的定義為a special or prominent article in a newspaper or magazine; "they ran a feature on retirement planning"(information from http://wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn?s=feature%20article),我猜想中文之意,應該是"特別報導'文章。
在Wikipedia中提到
A feature article will follow a format appropriate for its type. Structures for feature articles may include, but are not limited to:
- chronological — the article may be a narrative of some sort.
- cause and effect — the reasons and results of an event or process are examined.
- classification — items in an article are grouped to help aid understanding
- compare and contrast — two or more items are examined side-by-side to see their similarities and differences
- list — A simple item-by-item run-down of pieces of information.
- question and answer — such as an interview with a celebrity or expert.
You may like to go to the journal's web site to check what it defines "feature articles."
回覆刪除I have found out the explanation of feature article from Australian Occupational Therapy Journal at http://www.wiley.com/bw/submit.asp?ref=0045-0766&site=1
回覆刪除It mentioned that "Feature Articles can be in the form of research studies, theoretical papers, case reports or descriptive articles. Descriptive articles involve descriptions of interesting clinical, administrative, educational or technological innovations in occupational therapy. Single or multiple case reports may be used to illustrate the application of such innovations."
You know: I don't need your copy & paste. Your further explanations on feature articles & review articles are appreciated.
