快速準確之EF評估工具

最近一直在思考如何發展一個施測時間短但測量準確之EF評估工具??
之前曾經想過二個方法：
1. 使用多向度IRT ，提出此方式並無創意，因為之前薛老師的研究計畫就已提過要使用這個方法。
2. 減少施測題目，但要思考少題目就可以達到測量準確的程度嗎?

最近二天，我搜索有關快速、short form等關鍵字。以下為整理如何發展一個short form評估工具的項目選擇方法：
1. Overall item index: 項目選擇依據internal consistency和responsiveness.^1-3
2. Criteria of item selection: (1) corrected item-total correlation; (2) response distribution; (3) correlation with a criterion assessment.⁴
3. Initial item reduction was based on item content, rate of mission data, and item-level response to change over time. Next, conducting exploratory factor analysis.⁵

我現在的想法是：
1. 先參考現有的實作評量EF評估工具之題目和計分方法，發展出10題可使用於中風患者之實作評量EF題目。
2. 接著我比較想用第1或第2個方法，以確定選擇5題以下之題目(理想狀況是2-3題)，以發展之測量時間短之實作評量EF評估工具。
