1. 口頭報告需要與寫作文字要有所連結。
2. 第一段:
    (1) "目標導向行為"和"不易完成日常事務"有何關連?
    (2) "為何"此詞的使用不適當。
          不知道EF狀態和不知造成EF原因是二回事。
    (3) "物品"此詞的突兀,看不出與本段內容的連貫。
    (4) 需要寫出"臨床應用"的重要性。
3. 第四段:只須寫出什麼方法可以達成簡化的目的,簡介此方法。不須寫出如何使用此方法。
4. 第三段:最後一句補充中風患者之心理計量特性驗證不足,會造成什麼問題。

快速準確之EF評估工具

最近一直在思考如何發展一個施測時間短但測量準確之EF評估工具??
之前曾經想過二個方法:
1. 使用多向度IRT ,提出此方式並無創意,因為之前薛老師的研究計畫就已提過要使用這個方法。
2. 減少施測題目,但要思考少題目就可以達到測量準確的程度嗎?

最近二天,我搜索有關快速、short form等關鍵字。以下為整理如何發展一個short form評估工具的項目選擇方法:
1. Overall item index: 項目選擇依據internal consistency和responsiveness.1-3
2. Criteria of item selection: (1) corrected item-total correlation; (2) response distribution; (3) correlation with a criterion assessment.4
3. Initial item reduction was based on item content, rate of mission data, and item-level response to change over time. Next, conducting exploratory factor analysis.5

我現在的想法是:
1. 先參考現有的實作評量EF評估工具之題目和計分方法,發展出10題可使用於中風患者之實作評量EF題目。
2. 接著我比較想用第1或第2個方法,以確定選擇5題以下之題目(理想狀況是2-3題),以發展之測量時間短之實作評量EF評估工具。

實作評量EF評估工具

要開始實際操作EF評估工具,以累積實務經驗。
