Time management is self management

自暑假開始,一直在省思,為何自己的工作效率???
今天在Advanced for Occupational Therapy Practitioners,看到其頭條為"Time management is self management",雖然有些是common sense,看似容易,但要執行,卻仍然需要多多練習和提醒自己。
養成5個自我管理的習慣
1. Develop a set of goals and write them down
2. Analyze where you spend your time now
3. Plan your day and schedule your day, again in writing (要寫下來!!!)
4. Make the most of slow time
5. Create and maintain a controlled sense of urgency
